and yes, it all takes me back in time, dazzlenation...to when i was offered the top ESOL/EFL job in prague - by havel's PA, in 1995 (came with free accommodation, in prague castle)...a post that had formerly been held by an American....see previous notes upon me joining US intelligence via the Goethe institute 'backdoor' let us say...however, i couldn't take up the post...after that 'taschmann' attack etc etc....instead, i had to return to the UK 'half-dead' as it were....to then take 3 months off etc etc...go figure:
