first up 'somebody new' is in flat 1 (despite a 'lock' being on the top of the frontdoor)...he surprised my flat 3 neighbours, this morning...asking for the 'electrics room' keypad code, in order to top up flat 1's meter...and yes, I had been unpacking my shopping, behind my frontdoor, at the time and so I was to view the scene from my 'spyglass'...LOL...'neighbourhood watch', eh?...anyway, he had chosen to program with the following 'duronic'...oh and yes, he is one of boris' camp:
