...and what else?....let me check my inbox...I see...well, you know that I cannot be 'friends' with anybody upon facebook - seeing as I was to lose/forget my password to the site, almost immediately after joining it, having sent an email to ed and sue etc etc so many years ago now...and I have no intention of opening another facebook account....anyway, let me see...the dawson and the door-son....I remember now...this is all about that book 'the death of an owl'....marr had wanted me to investigate, so many years ago now...because the finished draft looked a bit like his own 'biography' let us say....let me see...a Cambridge club called the 'merlins'....and somebody who had wanted me to read the finished draft....his own work, apparently...anyway, I did so, quickly...told him that it would sell well - no real editing work was necessary...added a few notes in the margins and 'that was that'...until, that is - the other day...after I had picked up those reserved dvds and had headed off down the library stairs....the door to the groundfloor was then opened for me...by none other than the man who had originally asked me to read that finished draft....oh and he then indicated that another dvd might be 'of interest'....one called THE RIOT CLUB....go figure.
