oh I remember now...a conflation of quite a few images....firstly the masonic watch (the images inscribed around the dial)...next up the SKULL....see Salvador dali's paintings....next up...the 'keyhole'..."alice through the keyhole"....next up - little colin had called his pet white rat 'nobby'....

see previous notes upon ingabot's doctor 'bob allen' at the Houghton surgery....his wife had 'gone mad' and started to see door knobs as skulls...go figure...she then changed career (having formerly been a doctor, too) and became a colour therapist....go figure....
oh and I can see what this had all been about now....the ill had been trying to 'send me back to wonderland' and I'm not going...that is FINAL.
