well I am guessing here...but perhaps he had done so - because she would not take his advice...you see, later on - she was to approach mandelson...to tell him what she had 'in mind'...he was to tell her that it was foolish and advised her against it....

ESSIE then ignored his advice and proceeded to do...'what she had first thought of'...she then persuaded 'ed gyde' to join her...along the lines of "you see, Ed...we'll all be rich (lords and ladies - live in mansions) and you'll never have to work again...your son won't get better - he'll need a private school soon (get him off your hands)" etc etc and ed was to readily agree....nota bene that ESSIE had taken over the leadership of WINNIE's gang....in relation to her 'absence'....which I am not supposed to talk about...apart from to say that her 'disappearance' might have been to do with 'an affair of the heart' in relation to meeting  her 'new man' on the costa del sol and then fleeing to....etc etc....

anyway, after having seen that 'voluptuous' woman on a deckchair...on the front of...was it THE GUARDIAN?...so many years ago now...a somewhat black and white image...black swimsuit....supersize white figure....."beached whale" manderson had typed - in relation to the timer system....black hair, longish - dark glasses....and the sort of figure - that artists used to paint...in relation to showing how wealthy their patrons were....regarding their mistresses...who were very well-fed and not lacking in jewels, adornments etc etc....it was just that they were naked....and another symbolic 'trinket' upon the way....loved - in the way, that a patron might love his horse or dog....and have them painted too, I might add...and the 'love' might have been 'deep' and 'affectionate'...but we are talking about 'status-as-a-human-being' here aren't we? i.e. a mistress who had got on the wrong side of her patron, might end up...."she could be fed to his dogs" replies MI5 ONLINE.

ESSIE, basically....she had obviously become used to 'high living' in terms of cuisine....whilst working for mandelson's department in 'wherever'..."Whitehall" replies MI5 ONLINE....
