anyway, what can we say about all of this, for definite? only that CHP's yellow balloon appears to be currently 'in a field'...and so it is certainly a 'new development'...because if you opted for that one, right now...well, you'd be living in a field, wouldn't you? like a sheep....and so that was a warning on the system, was it?.....go figure:
