interesting....'micro broadcasting'....go figure:
and giving fire to the locals? ha ha ha...
all I know is the following...that the...."only bright one out of the lot - of Farrell's group had known about this loophole" replie MI5 ONLINE:
"Unlike the former FM class D license, an LPFM station has no priority over broadcast translators in the allocation of available spectrum. This is problematic insofar as a loophole in the regulations for broadcast translators exempts non-commercial stations from the requirement that translators be within the coverage area of the original station that they rebroadcast."
he had been planning to set up his own 'Prometheus radio project' hadn't he? "something similar"....
remember that 'moonshine' reference? he was to joke that he would be giving 'moonshine/firewater' to the locals....that doesn't sound good, does it?
the word 'rebroadcast'...is this something to do with iplayer? see previous notes....
let me guess...so your engineers need to check outside of BBC stations....is that the idea? because the ill will be rebroadcasting the same programmes but with a malevolent embedded signal....pretending that the signal is from standard BBC equipment when it isn't...something like that?
that was the 'intent' wasn't it?
"a bit like bootlegging" he was to say...and apparently his 'brainwave' had had prince harry's approval....
