honestly NPOWER just gets worse.....at first they were asking me if I wanted to activate my account online (see former email below)...now they are telling me that I have to do it (their latest email)....go figure - why should I?

I do not want to give them my bank details online...far too dangerous...see previous notes...I will continue to use the automated telephone service because at least that is more 'secure'....more trustworthy.
