so let me try and remember...that BBC weather map for Clacton...was the 'engagement/en-gag-ment ring' planned for today...sunday 28th...at midday? something like that...because a 'ring' appears in quite a few of those photos...in the upper righthand corner....

secondly the 'pier' as seen from an aerial view...'the petrol pump' as it is sometimes called...well the 'ring' appears to be just above that....'in the sea'?
