it was white - and upon the front, in black - was the british royal crown insignia and QUEEN BEE in bold....roz used to have a mug like that, whilst at dartington....
anyway, i then walked down the next aisle...to see a series of really large mugs, towards the end of it...large mugs, in three diferent designs - that 'lou' from dartington, had originally designed...i was to recognise them, immediately...as well as to remember her saying something along the lines of "there is only one good one" as in design...well, i could see that in terms of the coding...i wouldn't want to buy a mug with an alarm clock and TICK TOCK upon it...remember 'tick tocksick shock' programming....and neither would i buy a mug with PING or DING upon it....pinging computers etc....and the 'pinguins'...anyway, finally i found a mug 'in the middle' with a design upon it that was 'all about cameras'...upon the side of it was CLICK CLICK...and so i decided to buy it....
THE OLD...and the old ones...I wonder now...remember 'henri the cat with ennui'....and the 'old one' who has taught henri everything he knows...how to fight back etc...
let me think....'lou' was to tell us that she had very old parents...so old - that they were more like her grandparents....
anyway, as if by coincidence...the 'oldie' advert below - was then to crop up on yahoomail:
...and I began to wonder if 'the old ones who teach the young ones...was a new theme, today?
