today, I was to receive my AFFINITY WATER bill...it amounted to £293.74.....

I went to the bank - got a print-out...realised that I could just about 'pay off' all of the above bill immediately.....came home and went online....

I tapped in the correct account number and bank details....AFFINITY WATER replied 'do not refresh the page' etc etc whilst the transaction is in progress....and so I didn't....

to then find out that AFFINITY WATER had 'tried' to process the transaction but failed....this is the result:

oh dear...this happened 'a few years ago now' -didn't it?

...and having been 'savvy' to NPOWER's successful attempt to steal 'two amounts of the same value' in relation to me and also my mother paying my NPOWER bill 'at the same time' about 5 years' ago now - to then find that NPOWER would NOT refund one of those payments.....well, go figure...

you see,  the last time that 'this sort of thing' had happened and with AFFINITY WATER (a few years back)....I was to simply 'wait a week' - to then check my bank balance at the end of it (normally most companies take the money paid to them 'by the end of the week')..... to ensure that they weren't going to take the amount 'on the quiet'....whilst telling me to pay it again, in the meantime....i.e. to 'do an NPOWER' if you see what I mean....

yawn...this is so aggravating...."but also satisfying for us" replies MI5 ONLINE...yes, another ill cult network 'drawn out into the open' to then be 'dealt with'....
