I then went outside to check the pipe and 'dry riser'....what can I say but that I can only hope that those who are in charge of this building - know what they are doing...and that the system will actually work - in the case of an emergency....

I have already alerted CHP to the damage done to the 'dry riser' case within the building and they have not replied as yet...
