and GUN METAL ear-rings...I am surprised that the ill didn't fit col the sol with them...oh I see - maybe they did...they had done, hadn't they?...it was just that he wasn't supposed to see those particular ear-rings again....see previous notes upon him getting to know his dad's 'hunting, shooting and fishing' gear...rifles, guns and bullets...because there was 'nothing else to do' in that windy castle, at the time...
