oh and the service delivery in Indonesia...something like that....anyway, I was to go to Clacton library today...to find this dvd - see above...waiting for collection....see previous notes upon that 'masterpiece exhibition' to be held in London this summer....

anyway, I tried to get the above dvd out at the self-service desk...but there was a 'query' upon my ticket...so I took it to the main desk...to be told by 'sean' - ad verbatim, I might add:

"you have expired"

really? I took the above to mean my card...he replied that this was the case...and that he could renew it for another 3 years, upon the system - which he then did.
