what else came up the other day, regarding Hollywood? an odd number...from the CIA lab....McDonald and co laughing at footage of martin Scorsese paying off aides surrounding OSCAR judges..."tell her that I said she had a bad hairdo, looked fat" etc etc....to ensure that he wasn't in the running at all...and for so many years...we are talking the 'mob' here and in relation to them not knowing what the ill cult did to you if you won an Oscar (Oscar nominations don't count)...nobody was able to talk about it afterwards, you see....and Scorsese had decided not to chance it...although he won one, eventually - didn't he? I cannot remember which year now...but I can remember watching the awards ceremony with 'all of the Hollywood stars' clapping him...and wondering...well 'you know'....what was going on...what are they thinking? "tough luck - they got you in the end" etc etc...something along those lines?
let me see...it wasn't actually an Oscar per se...a lifetime award?...which I suppose that most people reckoned was the same thing if not worse? but it was an Oscars ceremony and not an AFI job, as far as I can remember...

...and jack Nicholson at that ceremony? despite being a very productive member of the rebel group...well I am left wondering why he chose 'this look' for the ceremony....he looks choked up behind his shades...
anyway, not pointing any fingers....but as far as I know this was col the sol's 'quick work' ha ha ha but don't quote me on that:
an insider's view of what really goes on after the Oscars....go figure.
so kevin and colin are now working 'in TV'...it's probably wiser, isn't it?
