okay I've had enough now...I'm going to stop searching for ladders/rope/rope ladders...if the ill decide to fire this building...I am now counting on the local fire brigade to get here on time...and CHP to do something about putting a fire-escape up....they will be liable for any deaths and injuries if they do not...
