despite having sent that envelope by the most costly ROYAL MAIL service....registered and signed for - at that Wolverhampton site...apparently it has 'not been received' by the Wembley crew - additionally they will not confirm the signature taken at that site - this is criminal, isn't it?

 

all I can say in reply I suppose...is that this is 'their problem' now...their mail handling site received it...even if they will not confirm 'that one'....and if the mail handling site hasn't passed it on to them...well that is 'not my problem' is it?
