this bike was left unlocked/unattended in belle court foyer yesterday...i took photos...to notice that the 'gears handlebar to the right' had been 'pulled out' just like mine had been - significant?

oh no...is that what had happened to the woman's ankle...see below...so the same threat must have been directed to myself but i passed that one by, without noticing it...
