JASON - a comment left by greenie's son yesterday as 'part of the trail'...

the new assistant at PEACOCKS was to remind me very much of 'jason' - you know the one....

his colleague ID: 100799 MITCH on the new receipt....

so was he outing the real id of 'nasty guy' the day before? see previous notes...

oddly enough i knew that jason lookalike had been programmed with what looked a bit like an 'army design' bag hanging to the left of the tills....

i opened one of them...and it had detachable 'pop-on studs' straps....

it was so funny, i nearly laughed....why?

well imagine a satchel...you try to undo one of the buckles and then the thing comes off in your hand...you momentarily think 'oh no i've ruined it- how much does it cost - did anybody see me do it?'...and then you see the popper stud on the satchel and relief IT WAS MEANT TO DO THAT....so you pop it back on...

you then look at both buckles and straps...realise that you can pull the satchel open with very little effort...taking off both buckles at the same time....now wouldn't that be handy for any pickpocket...i could hardly believe such a stupid design....

anyway, i then realised that 'guy at the till' had been programmed with this very item - but why?
