i watched THE FABULOUS BAKER BOYS to flashback to this film having been used as programming materials, improvisations/re-enactments you name it...numerous times....

i also realised that this is where david beckham had gained 'inspiration' for that fashion video/advertisement with the 'headphones' and the 'pressure upon the back/spinal column'....

and then i remembered emet and brenda discussing it...santa claus and that hospital/baby reference....

and also 'travelodge' or 'mauri/maori'...i remember them questioning each other...will gill be running the mauri/maori desk?

so 'a lot to be read into' this film....
