well as you know - belle court now has a fob key system and an electronic frontdoor...now if that frontdoor was to 'fail' - and 'lock' so that nobody could open it...well, there is no other 'exit' from this building....and the first floor is really 'high up'....
in short, I now know why BI had put up 'this image' of a house with the frontdoor upon the first floor....it's a long way to jump...if you cannot get out of the building by the groundfloor 'electronic frontdoor' because it has 'locked up'....
in fact, you could do yourself a serious injury...attempting to jump to 'safety' from a first floor flat...the view from my bedroom window, for example - see below:
