OTHER NOTES:

this morning...i was walking up belle/jackson court drive...having visited my parents in manningtree, earlier on...to enter travelodge carpark at around just after one o' clock (i was to check the time, later on - once back in my flat - the time was 13.15, by that point in time)...to then see a man, who had collapsed by his bike - he appeared to be semi-conscious...near to the back of travelodge carpark...another man was bending down to see what had happened....

he then walked over to me...he told me that he didn't live around here - and then asked if i lived in belle court? i replied that i did...he asked me to keep an eye on the 'man collapsed upon the ground' from my flat window 'just in case'...the 'good samaritan' also told me that he had seen the man before he collapsed, exit belle court with two other men - who didn't bother with him, after he had collapsed..."they just went off"....he seemed sure that the 'collapsed man' didn't live in belle court...but the inference was, that the other two did...he was also to tell me that the semi-conscious man had said something to him...something around not letting anybody steal his bike.

another man then came over - in travelodge carpark...he told us that he was surveying for CHP...in relation to flat 9...chris' flat on the third floor (apparently chris has moved out)...

...anyway, all three of us - stood there for a while, wondering what to do...both 'good samaritans' i.e. the two men who had stopped and were 'concerned' about the man who appeared to be losing consciousness fast - across travelodge carpark...were of the opinion that it was probably drugs and to leave him...i was to argue "it might be diabetes, you never know - do you?" the CHP man then got out his mobile and rang emergency services....the other man opened the back of his car...a small dog poked his head out of the back....he sat on the back and stroked his dog for a while..whilst the other good samaritan was telling emergency services the address of the incident etc - upon his mobile...the first good samaritan then got into his car and drove off...

i waited around, for a while...wondering if i could help the second 'good samaritan'...and as it turned out - i was able to do so...because emergency services were to talk the second 'good samaritan' through a life-saving procedure....and part of the procedure was all about keeping the patient from going into heart-failure and that needed 'both hands' pumping up and down upon the patient's chest...and so i became useful - by holding his phone - and relaying on the instructions given by emergency services...to then be told that an ambulance and the police were 'on their way'...they arrived in a matter of minutes...i gave the second 'good samaritan's phone' to a policewoman...telling her that the 'emergency services call' had ended but i didn't know how to switch his phone off...she took it, said "thank you" - checked the messages upon it....then looked to see where the 'off button' was (some people are far more 'literate' with mobile phones etc than myself and yes, i know the 'off button icon' but for some reason i didn't want to touch it on that phone 'just in case') - the woman police officer then let me go 'my way' as it were...

i was then to enter belle court and look out of the firstfloor landing window overlooking travelodge carpark...to watch the scene below.....the paramedic was still treating the 'patient upon the ground' and the police were standing around, watching the whole thing.

...curiously neither the CHP surveyor or myself were asked to give an account of what had happened...we were told "thank you" etc by the emergency crew, at the scene - and dismissed...and that is why, we both left the scene, quite soon after the paramedic and police had got there...one paramedic, one ambulance....2 police cars....

we weren't asked to make a statement etc...even though the policewoman had said that they were there to 'watch' because nobody knew what had happened or why...curiously none of the police were to ask us 'that question'....either the CHP surveyor, or myself....nor were they to take our names or numbers etc...

i then figured 'why' hadn't they done so?......

perhaps the 'patient' had been in no real danger...and would presumably tell them 'all that they needed to know'...after his recovery, in hospital....or elsewhere....

OTHER NOTES:

it is all a bit of a mystery....and there is more......you see, having walked back to belle court frontdoor, after 'doing all i had been useful for' in relation to that collapsed man by his bike......well, i was to meet that 'grey/white mop of a hairstyle' guy, outside of belle court (the one who parks his car 'where he shouldn't' i.e. by the collector station)....

anyway, he appeared to have gone into an 'altered state of mind'...and why did i think that? well, mainly because he used to seem 'quite normal' - the other times that i have seen him (some time ago now, in point of fact) - chatting away with his friends, as he walked to and from belle court...but today he was acting like...well, like he was brain-damaged and tripping out of his box....outside of belle court frontdoor.

...he appeared to think that what was going on in that carpark was really 'bad karma'....and kept muttering 'something' to that effect....whilst not wanting to be 'involved' in any way.

i asked him if his friend was out...thinking that he didn't have access to the building....

he replied that he had a fob key for belle court...well - that was news to me, i didn't know that he actually lived there (perhaps his girlfriend or 'whoever' lives in the block - had given him a fob?)...because so many years ago now - he used to live down ellis road...see previous notes.

anyway...he didn't want to go in, for some reason...he simply dangled the fob key in front of me...so i left it at that and walked inside the building....to then stop on the first floor to view what was going on 'down below' in the carpark.

i then heard the frontdoor of belle court 'swing to'...and 'mr mop' was to come in....muttering like a 'trappist monk'...to then stand on the first landing to the first floor...repeatedly bowing his head...as if chanting...but in fact, mumbling....with his hands together, as if in prayer....

what does anybody make of what was to happen, today - in travelodge carpark?....and in relation to all the above....i can only relate the details and wonder if BI can add any information later on, perhaps?

all i can say is this...'mr CHP surveyor' was the 'superhero' of the moment...."a decent man"replies MI5 ONLINE....given the scenario in travelodge carpark - and in relation to that 'man-on-the-ground'....

i might also add...that the 'emergency services' woman - who 'talked us through what to do' - giving us instructions upon the phone...was brilliant...calm...collected...and consistently telling 'the pair of us' that we had done well, after every step...even though she had no 'vision' of what we were doing, at the time - but could hear what was going on....and in relation to her instructions....'it helped' that is all i can say. "well, she wasn't going to say - you're doing it effing wrong, was she?" replies MI5 ONLINE...well, obviously not...she didn't have 'vision' of what we were doing 'on the ground'.

saving lives...something that debbie mcdonough had known all about...working for emergency services....good karma eh?....very good karma indeed.

i mean to say...even if the 'person in question' is an 'arch criminal'...well better alive than dead...in terms of 'information' eh?

...and upon the note of 'calling emergency services'....naturally i am loath to do that (see previous notes for 'why that might be' in relation to a 13th one ill cult game).....

....and so - in relation to the above 'incident in travelodge carpark' - i was to encourage somebody else to phone emergency services...guess why?

....it is because the last policewoman that i was to talk to, at clacton police station...well she had been an 'ill cult number', hadn't she?...see previous notes upon her trying to get me sectioned again...in relation to that 'missing dongle at the CROWN HOTEL in manningtree'...

seriously, mcdonald - that stupid bitch had tried to get me sectioned again - for reporting that my dongle had been stolen, upon the manningtree CROWN HOTEL premises - see previous notes.

I had to go through 'another mental health assessment test' in a 'place of safety'....the dongle was then found - and returned to me - go figure.

....and what then happened to that ill cult policewoman? go figure, honey....go figure. i have no idea.

"i like a return to the good old days" ling was to say, recently - well, let us say 'in the not-too-distant past'.....

So do i, so do i....

car brakes that haven't been tested for far too long...what a pity...that type of thing? the garage had told her to fix them...but she was far 'too cheap' to do so....- thought she knew better than the mechanics did...that type of character.....etc etc...

if i had a car, which i do not...but anyway, - if i did and the mechanics had told me that the brakes of my car, needed replacing 'or else'...i would have had it done 'on the spot'...go figure.
