http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chard

let me see...what am I really after here?
a link to oxalic acid in plants, perhaps:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Oxalic_acid

and another link to 'arisaema triphyllum'...oh I get it now....MW's cousin 'phil'...supposedly a vision-mixer in 1999....'try-phil-um'....and a reference to this plant:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Arisaema_triphyllum

'jack-in-the-pulpit' - what could it mean?

oh I 'get it' now...'col the sol' and the 'zebra plant':

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rhubarb

so anyway, I would guess that RUBY CHARD it is a bit like rhubarb i.e. you really wouldn't want to eat the leaves...and the root should be cooked...something like that?

...and what about that 'mental robots' network? the term 'rhubarb rhubarb' rings a bell in relation to the 'language' used....see previous notes upon the comments sent, from this network to my email address:

In British theatre and early radio drama, the words "rhubarb rhubarb" were repeated for the effect of unintelligible conversation in the background.[32][33][34][35][36][37] This usage lent its title to the 1969 film Rhubarb and its 1980 remake Rhubarb Rhubarb.
