the latest CHP magazine has an article upon UNIVERSAL CREDIT and so naturally I was interested...would it affect ESA?

...not immediately, appears to be the answer...2017 is mentioned....

anyway, having skimmed both articles...the CHP and BBC one...I can see that there will be immediate problems in relation to 'internet access' (apparently the new system will  be run 'online')...the computers are nearly always booked up 'as it is', in Clacton library...and what if you do not know how to use a computer, anyway? secondly the CHP article states that in order to claim, you have to have a bank account/building society account...well if you do not have a job - you cannot open an account, in my experience...so go figure 'what problems' will arise in relation to 'that one'...people tend to collect their benefits from post office accounts, in Clacton...
