....and what's new this tuesday morning, dazzlenation?...well, remember how i had sent off my old passport to NN188UA in order for them to process my new one?...well, guess what - despite having registered it to be 'signed for' and received a receipt with a tracking code upon it...the code doesn't work upon the royal mail site - it simply states that there is a problem and to try again - repeatedly....just how 'suspect' is that?
