....and so let's do a bit more, now - dazzlenation....this sunday morning....lol....back to saturday morning and let me see....best to talk about another important location, first.....one that i was to show oscar upon his tablet - having got to no. 6 etc etc....he was to laugh....'you were nearly in colchester'....that's right - the woman bus driver of the no. 2 from clacton to manningtree had....how shall i put it....let me backtrack - having boarded her bus at pier avenue....she was to ask those seated..."do you want a minty?"...she had a bag of sweets...everybody declined, politely...she laughed and took one, herself....guess what happened next...."deviated from the route"....quite substantially....lol....remember that no. 2 bus driver, the other week?...oscar was to tell me that he had followed the right route, in retrospect but this woman really, really hadn't done....and having eventually realised....once she had got to chapel lane bus stop....oh and just before that stop.....at the top of bromley road - i was to note a house that daldry had used to live in...maybe he still uses it?...no idea...anyway, the house upon the other side of the road had a sign upon it...'shrublands'.....hmmm....daldry had put in a reminder of what pat andrew was to call the 'onion bed' residences at mistley...see previous posts....go figure.

.....anyway, the woman driver was at a loss, whilst parked at chapel lane bus stop....i recommended that she ask the driver of another bus across the road for directions back to her no. 2 route but in the eventuality, he was to just laugh at her and then drive on.....she then radioed her 'boss' who was to ask her who was on the bus....only myself, by that point in time....and i was staying put - having remembered what was supposed to happen next....in short, i was supposed to have also eaten a 'minty'....to then get off of the bus and into a 'red joker' car, as gill had once put it....and yes 'red joker' car had  been parked nearby....and the man driving it - having seen that i wasn't going to get off of the bus, to stretch my legs, whilst the woman driver worked out what to do etc etc well, he was to careen off of the pavement and onto the road....in order to get away, as fast as he could....not quick enough.....lol....i was to note the 'JO' upon the reg plate of his red car....anyway, her boss was then to ask her "is there anybody there?" and so yes, he had been in on it, too....he had asked the bus driver to look around for somebody waiting, to pick me up.....she replied that there wasn't...confused that i hadn't got off of the bus - drugged, to then be picked up by etc etc.....and so anyway, eventually she had to turn around....and drive back to the no. 2 route...put 15 minutes onto the journey...oh and i was to call oscar and tell him about it, upon my mobile.....guess what...it's happened again etc etc....hmmm....and in retrospect, no wonder uncle bobby was surprised to see me....as it goes, eh?

oh and the return journey was also more than a bit 'deja vu', dazzlenation....a small party of tourists...presumably they'd been to have a look at flatford mill etc etc.....where to board the no. 2 at bendalls court....including a retired german couple....who had known what it was all about...he had naval connections, let us say...anyway, they were to laugh to the irish bus driver.....who had taken over the no. 2 route from the 'minty' woman driver.....no prizes for guessing 'why'....lol.....they were to laugh about the lights....they were to ask him if the sequential ceiling lights, down the centre of the bus worked...he then put them on, for a laugh...even though they had then told him not to  bother...in short, something 'funny' was going on....the bus wasn't the same type as before...no strip lighting down the sides of the ceiling....no scarlett pink and white number, going on....hmmm.....another bus from another route, perhaps?....anyway, they were to get off, near to clacton centre....i then got off at the station.....to ask the bus driver if there was strip lighting down either side of the bus too...he replied that there was....in a rather confused sort of way....no there wasn't, as far as i could see....or it hadn't come on, at any rate.....perhaps he had also driven that other bus?....no idea...only that the 'lighting' for when it was dark - upon that bus...was 'sequential' i.e. more like aeroplane lighting....but on the ceiling and down the middle of it - nota bene, not strip lighting upon both sides, as far as i could see...the strips down the sides didn't look like they contained a 'light'....go figure.
