...and yes, dazzlenation...i had asked stenson what he had meant by a 'sally' - see previous post......he was to reply that it was a military term and then asked me if i knew about the pub game entitled 'aunt sally'...we were all seated in an edinburgh pub garden, at the time (the keiller family, included)....suffice to say, i did not...roll on the decades....hmmm....i am now beginning to get the picture.....and apart from the obvious racism (and misogyny) involved in the following 'aunt sally' number....in relation to how you play the game....it could be about anybody who has the 'gift' or 'second sight' if you prefer....remember what dearlove used to get up to with his golf clubs?...same old story....."ingabot and her ketchup bottle" replies BI online..."catching up"....clubbing her drugged victims into unconsciousness.....and so in short, the 'black' aunt sally is not only reminiscent of historical slavery...but modern-day slavery...in brief, you do not need to be 'black'...you can be any 'colour' let us say, nowadays....something along those lines....go figure:
