and what else?....lo-cost housing....and well, I've always said that belle court's architectural design looks a bit 'eastern'....although not on the inside....see previous notes upon that TV series 'sensitive skin' and the interior of BBC radio 4 etc etc...ha ha ha....anyway, go figure:
