anyway, I do not want to get dragged into any such 'stupidity' in terms of having it out on the phone with the idiot children, still installed at CHP and their contracted-in-companies....I mean to say - how does one distinguish between the 'mr woolleys' and their 'squaddies' (who come round - understand immediately what the problem is and get the job done) vs the MI6 'idiot children' at large, upon the phone?

it is much better to 'get it all in writing'....and so I will send another email...to the general effect of....'lets just forget that a 'blockage' was ever mentioned....this is not about a 'blockage' or your regulations regarding 'blockages'....this is about a display unit bathroom basin, which was installed in this flat....it was never intended to work and it does not work....it needs to be replaced immediately etc etc....because you have to lay it all straight down the line, with idiot children - don't you?....seeing as they do not appear to be able to get past the word 'blockage' for some reason (see previous CHP emails upon the topic)....go figure:
