and having watched a bit more of the video...apparently coke can also make your hair curl...so by destroying the keratin and weakening the hair...it becomes 'curly'? doesn't sound right to me but anyway...it might be the case...a bit like making paper curls....by dragging the edge of scissors down the coloured paper - to shave off a layer etc etc...that sort of thing....
