oh and there is 'holding you over the balcony' too....see previous notes...presumably they would only do it 'at night' in this location (a built up area)...you have to remember that mind control slaves are unable to make a sound, whilst being tortured...they 'take it all' like dumb animals....tortured from early childhood into not making a sound...as a pavlovian dog response....because you know that if you do make a sound...the torture gets worse....if you make a sound....firstly it excites these sadists and secondly it annoys them - and so they 'do it more'...go figure....
