I was to check the library 'elan catalogue' system, this morning...to find out that my old library card no longer works...and the new library card works...more to the point, the library staff appear to have solved the problem...that dvd and book are now off of that new card....

oh and I might add a few more notes upon the above...I had obtained my old card in Harwich library....CF and I were to have a look at the future...he was to tell me that the MI5 staff working through the library might be a problem, later on and so 'this' was the way to solve it...he then swapped his 'fob key' library card...a smaller version of the main card....for my 'fob key' card...he was to tell me that both card numbers would access my library account....

and sure enough yesterday...when I handed my fob key card to ling...she asked for my address, whilst looking at her computer (I couldn't see the screen)....I said "flat 2, belle court" and she then wrote on the card MISS E GYDE....and hanged it to me...CF's old card, essentially....with his old number on it....she didn't give me a fob key card...because presumably she knew that I already had it in my possession....

anyway, this morning I was to snip the following....from the elan catalogue library page....firstly for my new card and yes, those two 'offending items' are now gone...oddly enough - the system wouldn't allow me to 'log out' and so I then closed down the browser tab:
