I suppose that I shall have to go into the library tomorrow....with that receipt signed by 'ian'....along with both of those library cards 'in my name' but with different number codes....and ask them if they can rectify the mistake...because it is unlikely that the dvd and book in question, will have gone off of my account, isn't it?...the details will probably be on one or other of the cards....
