7.26am and there is a half-naked man lying in the corridor of belle court first floor...masturbating....i had a look out of my spyhole to see him doing it...dressed in white shorts and not much else...

what is this all about? i have no idea....last night he had tried to get into flat 4....shouting about a 'shirt' or something like that....he started to do 'covonia bull'...that 'tomlinson thing'....but he wasn't big enough to break flat 4 frontdoor down...oh and he also rang the doorbell and intercom of that flat, countless times....as well as banging the letterbox....

i had no idea what to do, last night...and so after he had 'gone unconscious' on the first floor...having tired himself out...he then began to snore so heavily...that the corridor reverberated with the sound...so i figured 'he's not dyng of a drug overdose' etc etc and left it at that...however this morning...he still appears to be 'off his head'...on his back and openly masturbating in the corridor, with his shorts down....obscene...and meant to be so - he appears to want to make a spectacle of himself in order to attract attention....i can only hope that flat 3 children do NOT see what he is up to....anyway, nobody has called the police as yet...and flat 4 guy should be doing something about it...he appears to be part of the problem at this point in time - doesn't he?
....and having just typed the above up...a flat door opened...presumably flat 4...and he either disappeared inside...or back out of the corridor....go figure....the time is now 7.35am
