VIZ was to remind me to write about the 'whether/weather people'...whilst i was reading the latest edition's letters page....and yes i know - anybody who treats VIZ as a firsthand information source, must be barking eh?...further evidence that i am 'mentally deranged' etc etc...i suppose that it is pointless to point out that it is the british army who tend to make up most of the readership - see previous notes...
