a building in London "collapsed like a pancake"...surely the wrong metaphor? I could look up 'collapsing souffles' on youtube but pancakes?

...which building are they talking about in this photo, anyway?

 
anyway, it looks a bit like a version of 9/11 in a way or am I being alarmist? ....there are no reports of planes crashing into it etc etc and so one can assume that it was 'accidental'...'an act of God'? oh I see...having read a bit more of the article...they were in the process of demolishing it and then it suddenly 'fell down'...and behind the LSE - spooky eh?
 
'the lightness of touch' comes to mind...taking a leaf out of Italian intelligence's book then?
