Additionally, what is implied here - regarding telephoning upon Friday?....that a mere telephone call will 'get things done' quicker rather than reporting a repair via email?...absolute rubbish....but seeing as I am sick of explaining that I prefer to have things in writing otherwise things tend to fall between two stools and you have no proof that any arrangement had been made...which gives the ill loads of room to muck about, I might add etc etc...well, go figure:
