...and what's new this Friday morning, dazzlenation?...something around a letter from NPOWER regarding that 'warm home discount' and from a 'complaints case handler' called 'ibna'...no surname given - apparently means 'gift' in Arabic. The basic message being that if I do not 'call' or use that online-webpage-which-doesn't-work....then I will have to wait to January or later, in order to apply for the scheme....because NPOWER won't issue 'paper copies' of the application form, until January or later.

...and so what is NPOWER going to do with all of that 'government money' if so many 'eligible' people are unable to apply, eh? Remember, a telephone call does not 'print out' a receipt/copy in order to be able to etc etc...as it goes, eh?
