....and what's new this Wednesday evening, dazzlenation?...an email from NPOWER asking me if I want to apply for that warm homes discount again....and if I did...to click on the link....I duly clicked on the link...I filled in the entire form....to then find, to my surprise...that the webpage was telling me that my email address was 'invalid'....really?...I've used it in all of my long correspondence with NPOWER (and no other company has found it to be 'invalid' I might add)...anyway, I then closed down that browser - opened up another and had another go...to then find that my email address was acceptable but that my phone number was not...I decided to start again....to then find that this time around, both my email address and phone number were acceptable but not the postcode which was apparently 'invalid' although it had been acceptable, the first and second time round...I then tried again...to find out that it was now my email address that etc etc...what a scam, eh?...is this simply NPOWER's way of cutting down on applications?....go figure:
