and what else?...CHP along with their reply regarding my flat's hot water taps and yes, I had previously asked them how to change the temperature because it is just a bit over 'tepid' rather than hot...and besides, it is nearly the end of summer and I will need much hotter water, later on...and yes, seeing as I don't have an instruction manual to work the panel...and the dials which are supposed to turn up the temperature for the taps along with the radiators...do not appear to work etc etc....go figure:
