....Monday evening.....21.40 and I still haven't received confirmation from aaron services ltd, regarding that plumbing appointment made by telephone, for tomorrow morning....I therefore sent off the following email to various CHP/aaron services ltd addresses:

 

oh and was it lee who was to term the last plumber appointment as being *only* pressure?...I wonder why...
