and the second?...NPOWER again......apparently they have now put it 'in the small print' that a customer has to take their own readings, in order to cut costs...and what can I say but....look - I have paid my quarterly bill - that I was to receive through the post, the other day....which means that I have paid up until February 2019 and so why is NPOWER still hounding me about a meter reading?...they've got their money for this quarter...their bills are mickey mouse numbers, anyway - according to david Cameron - see previous notes....and so what's the point of even giving them a 'reading'?...anyway, I won't bother to do anything....because if I were to send them a reading...they would then only get into a stew....and send me huge 'amendment' bills....regarding whether I have to pay them more...or telling me that my account is now 'in credit' etc etc....see previous notes upon all of that...what a waste of paper, eh?....anyway, if they bother me again...I will simply send them an email saying....if you want a reading for the next quarter....then I will be quite happy to do it myself although I would rather arrange a time for your representative to accompany me to the electricity meter room/gas meter room....in order to take readings for both, in February - when my next bill is due to be paid etc etc....go figure:
