The battery in the smoke alarm of this flat, has rundown and needs to be replaced a.s.ap. could I possibly book the earliest morning appointment with a CHP electrician, next week?

On saturday morning 02/07, i was to call CHP on 0300 55 0500 twice, about the above - i was to talk to 'helen' about it, firstly...and later on with 'julie'....julie was to tell me that she would cancel the emergency repair job, made by helen - and contact the 'day team' in order to book the earliest morning appointment next week - seeing as the 'emergency repairs' electrician would not see that particular repair job as a 'priority' booking - julie then cancelled the 'emergency repairs' booking made by helen.
