how odd...somebody was carrying one of those torches...as they walked back from the memorial event...now I can understand somebody taking binoculars etc to the seafront prom...but a torch? go figure..."sabotage" replies MI5 ONLINE...so you'll have to be vigilant at the boathouse - won't you?
