yes, at present....my position is as follows:
"Put simply, the general legal position is that someone who is given money by mistake should say what has happened and pay it back."
....which keeps me well within the law....I have been given money 'in error' and I wish to pay it back....
if no 'error' has been committed...then I have a right to see the 'proof' - as in the paperwork, don't I?
....and if my father refuses to send the paperwork...and refuses to give me his bank account number so that I can pay the money back...well he is in 'deep water' isn't he?
