....and this tuesday morning, quite a bit more was to come back....but before i talk about it...i would like to know, MI5 and others...that if my father has transferred that money to my bank account...that the HSBC will facilitate a 'return to sender' manoeuvre and without hassle, this morning...they will have his bank details and therefore, it should be a piece of cake...if it is not...then you have all been warned...i will not tolerate anybody pissing around, at this point in time....as you all know...i am a vulnerable person...and anybody who pisses me around....is going to get into a lot of trouble....and from all quarters.

Besides, i am not going to tolerate being forced to ask an old man i.e. my father...who obviously isn't 'right in the head' anymore...for his bank account details....in order to send him back that money...is that clear? i do not want any more pissing around...you all know that he will refuse to give me those details so cut the crap and arrange for that money to be transferred back, pronto.

i will visit the HSBC this morning, to ask a manager if they can arrange for this to be done....and i am warning the lot of you...if it is not done smoothly, efficiently and immediately...there will be so much trouble....and that is all i am going to say upon the matter.

how much money did my father transfer to my account? well if the amount is 5000 in swiss francs....we can say £3000+....now why had bobby and marr's mob decided upon that precise amount?

it is because...they had decided upon the following:

...to get my father to give me 'just enough' money, to tip me over...so that they could then alert the benefit fraud squad, to harrass me if i didn't report the amount, immediately....

and the outcome of the above?....my benefits would then be cut off....and what with a government that is trying to 'close down' benefits...cut benefits off, where possible...can you guess how difficult it will be for me to reinstall housing benefit and ESA benefit -after the £3000+ has been used up....?

if i am lucky, getting those benefits up and running again, will take about 3 months...but it is more than likely to be about 6 months or more...

and after the £3000+ is spent (and totting it up - that would take about 3/4 months £400 pm to live on, over £400 rent pm plus bills)...i will be hit by a monthly rent bill from CHP of over £400....along with fuel/water bills...and finding enough money to live on, for that entire period of 3-6 months - go figure......how will i live? how will i manage to hold onto my flat?

i have a credit card which i can use during that period...(but can you imagine the stress of it all? i am on a vulnerable person's list, after all)...and so i will have to go into debt upon that...in order to survive, pay my rent....whilst waiting to hear the verdict from the DWP about ESA before reapplying for housing benefit...oh and that will include another ATOS/MAXIMUS assessment....that whole 'horror circus'....

....oh and if the above isn't enough......it is highly likely that the ill will try to cut that ESA benefit off and send me back to the jobcentre....see previous notes upon what the ill do to their victims, there....'compliance seminars' etc etc....

....in summary...bobby's mob do not care whether i am made homeless again or not...in fact they would relish it if i were...these people are that sick in the head....all they care about is getting 'power of attorney' over me...

...in relation to the harry potter money...along with other monies owed to me...which will be paid back...and they know it.

All they want is control over the money that will be paid back to me....the money that had been stolen from me.....money that i had worked very hard to earn...and throughout my entire life...because unlike the rest of them...i am not a sad, stupid, untalented, workshy 'loser'....and i have never depended upon 'inheritance'...i should have been paid for my own hard work...but the ill have consistently stolen every penny....and now they want more....my life's earnings, in point of fact....which are due to be paid back to me in the not-too-distant-future...which is why bobby's mob along with marr's gang have all ganged up on me....and set up this whole 'hanni gloor's will' inheritance number - in order to gain power of attorney....do you see how it goes?

you see i have recently had the footage back upon that one...bobby telling the rest of his gang....that his thug lawyer had informed him that if it all went pear-shaped and i refused to sign a 'power of attorney' document...then they could 'get it through' another way....by 'precedent'...go figure.

you probably know how english law works...if there is a precedent...it can be used to state that 'whateveritis' has been done before...and it could then be argued that it is a 'norm'...normal practice....

...bobby and his thug lawyer, had come up with the idea...that even if i were to manage to avoid being kidnapped/drugged/threatened by them - into signing a 'power of attorney' document...they would argue that my father has always acted as if he had 'power of attorney' in relation to myself....and that he had done so - by collecting that money from hanni's will...do you see how it goes?

bobby was to tell his mob that after having presented the above, in court...they would then gain full 'power of attorney'...whilst claiming that i am 'delusional' and therefore not capable of looking after myself....after they have made me homeless again, that is...by managing to cut off my benefits - see previous notes upon my father sending me £3000+ which tips me over into the 'benefit fraud' category....see above.

....and that is why i am saying to MI5 and anybody else, concerned...this morning...i do not expect any 'trouble' from the HSBC when i ask for that money to be returned to my father's bank account immediately...is that clear?

it was sent 'by mistake'....'in error'....and it will be returned to him, immediately.

...and i do not want to hear anything more about it....unless, that is - he can prove that he had legally come by money - and i will want to see all of the paperwork upon 'that one'....(there is no way that he can prove that it was 'legal' because it was not - see previous notes)...in relation to that lawyer, in switzerland....go figure.

OTHER NOTES:

if bobby's mob are allowed to continue and the HSBC and/or my father will not facilitate the return of that money to his account....

and if i end up having my benefits cut off...and having to live on a credit card for 3-6months whilst trying to get those benefits set up again...can you guess what bobby's mob will try to do next?

i will be the target of mugging attempts...to steal that credit card off of me...my 'lifeline' in terms of holding onto my flat, you see - to prevent myself from becoming homeless again...go figure.

this morning i was to wake up...and remember 'the whole lot'...hanni had told me about another of her god-daughters...none other than the daughter of uncle arnold...my father's brother...her name had been CAROLINE WEHREN...and yes i had even quipped at the time "you mean like boxer?"

caroline gyde...married a wehren, did she? who knows...all i know is that she is as psychotic as ingabot...see previous notes upon ingabot and weale's wedding in neuveville....caroline had set about her father with a walking stick - in private, in an upstairs room - whilst her brother edwin watched...uncle arnold was to come down the stairs with a bleeding open gash, upon his temple - nobody bothered to treat it...my family were told that he had fallen....and contemptuously, i might add....by caroline and edwin.....caroline was on MI6 ID at the time...go figure.

let us backtrack a bit....caroline and edwin's mother....'maria'...who had been part of the hitler nazi youth and never regretted it..."if we had won" etc etc....maria had been married before...she had a son from a previous marriage called 'axel'...ingabot knew him well and appeared to be very pleased to see him...upon the day of sophie wyss' cremation....go figure. i had never even heard of him before..isn't that odd?
