hmmm...today is the 5th working day...and so 'within 5 working days' means that if their reply doesn't come today...well I will have yet another complaint to add to my list....
I was to send my email three times....remember daldry's advice to 'knock three times or you won't get an answer'....upon the 3rd of October...it is now the 9th of October...go figure:
