I 'know' that this is a signal of sorts...relating to the 'emir' in the film SYRIANA....what can I say, in relation to all of those subplots on that wiki entry (including the 'assassin' one) except that landing planes is generally a good thing, isn't it? symbolically it means 'recovered memory'...."feet on the ground again" replies MI5 ONLINE...go figure:
