...additionally, i was also to report something to CHP, dazzlenation...and yes, i advised my neighbour to take a look...she was to say that she'd report it too....the fact that somebody has not only fly-tipped two binliners in that 'space-between-doors' from belle court foyer to the storage cage-room.....there is also what appears to be defecation, all over the floor...looks like a small animal and the smell is terrible....anyway, the following BBC 'urinal' job, was to remind me of it....and so whatever has been going on, recently - and there appears to have been quite a bit, given your sudden flurry of posts - dazzlenation....luckily i have not been involved...no idea who was responsible etc etc...oh and there appears to be a connection between the urinal and your 'butthead' number - in some rather alternate dimension, let us say.....go figure:
