....and what else, dazzlenation?...well, i might have misheard but i can distinctly remember my recent 'chat' with the CHP operative who had come in to do up flat 1.....see previous notes upon 'all of that'....and having mentioned 'flooding' to him....as in overflowing toilets etc etc...a common problem in this building....and flat 1 had recently had a burst radiator pipe, as it turned out....oh and another CHP operative was to inform me that my flat was the only one that has a stopcock in it....isn't that strange?....anyway, back to the point....CHP operative doing up flat 1, had told me that the concrete was aerated....and so flooding wouldn't be a problem....hmmm...i can remember asking if he meant a bit like a sponge i.e. porous in that it could soak up etc etc to the reply that it didn't work like that and so i was left feeling rather uneasy, about the whole thing...having not really understood what he had meant by 'aerated'...although he appeared to be talking about spacing rather than holes.....anyway, now do you see why etc etc.....see previous posts....go figure:

24. On multi-tenanted sites consideration needs to be given to drainage drops from the Travelodge and service riser through the Travelodge.

.....off on a tangent now, dazzlenation....do you remember 'tarpaulin' programming?..."crumbly" replies BI online....hmmm....anyway, my 'confusion' over that CHP operative's explanation....was something around how he had been describing aerated blocks that didn't absorb water....long blocks that were separated - like 'rafters', in order to let the water leak out in between, i suppose....or something like that....go figure:

and so that's 'it' for this evening, dazzlenation...and it's all 'monstrous':
